I chose VodafoneZiggo as the starting point of my professional career, because of the dynamic and young working environment. I thought that would give me the opportunity to challenge myself in various units and also to have a steep learning curve. In hindsight, it was absolutely the right choice.
The traineeship helped me big time, in several ways. First of all, I worked in 3 different teams within the organization. Those experiences helped me define what the next step in my career should be. It also made me more flexible and helped me adjust to new changes and challenges. Second, it gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of people, like other trainees and stakeholders. A great network you can fall back on, in case of professional and personal questions.
My colleagues at VodafoneZiggo are young, ambitious and most of all really helpful. The atmosphere is always nice and positive. I really enjoy the working culture. Open space work environment, mobile working, flat organization. Those characteristics really help anyone, new to this company or not, to adjust very quickly and feel part of the organization.
